Hey friends! Another interesting question that I got yesterday was – which foreign languages are you most comfortable with? You know, that’s really interesting, and not that easy to answer. For me it depends on my language skills in whatever language I’m learning.

El libro salvaje de Juan Villoro.

dormir de un tirón – спать (всю ночь) без перерыва;
mapamundi – карта мира, карта полушарий;
abrir el libro al azar – открыть книгу случайным образом, наугад;
corazonada – предчувствие (“Es una corazonada”);
manos a la obra – за работу, приступим.

What I’m currently reading? Three books in different languages! 😍

🇺🇲 (En) Refuge of Dragons (Voices of Dragons #2) by Carrie Vaughn
🇵🇱 (Pl) Harry Potter i Insygnia Śmierci (Harry Potter #7) by J.K. Rowling, (Translator Andrzej Polkowski)
🇪🇦 (Sp) Los conquistadores de la Antártida by Francisco Coloane

What book(s) are you currently reading?
I’d love to hear all your thoughts and recommendations. 🤗

🔴 About
Hi! I’m Kate, a bookworm and a language enthusiast. For many years I enjoy reading books, listening to audiobooks, watching movies in different languages but I still can’t speak. I cannot express myself and my thoughts as clearly as fluently as I want (without a prepared script).
The same problem with my native language – Russian. Public speaking always was a nightmare to me… 🙈
So that is why I decided to start making videos in different languages. I really want to get out of my comfort zone, to overcome my fear of speaking in foreign languages and have an opportunity to talk to all of you guys about everything!!!
My friends call me a silent polyglot …. but I don’t want to be silent anymore! :)
